He is survived by: his parents, Brian W. Carbaugh, Sr. of Jacobus, PA and Rita E. Rowles of Needmore, PA; his stepparents, Stephanie Carbaugh and David Barley; his brothers, Hunter Rowles of Orrstown and Brian Carbaugh, Jr. of Jacobus; and his stepbrother Cody Shoop of Jacobus.
