He was predeceased by: his father Carl Breakall; and his grandparents, David and Dorothy Mellott. He is survived by: his mother Christine Ann Barker (Mellott) of McConnellsburg, PA; and his sisters, Kim Ruby (Richard) and Michelle Roxby (Mick Billmeyer). He is also survived by two nephews and three nieces.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc. (873 Lincoln Way E, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233).
