He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Passaro and Catherine Passaro (Gallagher); his siblings, Anna Maria and Anthony (Ana); his brothers, Christian and Marc; his grandparents, Mary A. Gallagher, Margaret Artuso and Joseph Passaro, Sr. (Numerous); and also Luca. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations, in Stephen's name, may be sent to the church.
