She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Derr and Elsie Derr (Sherrer); her husband Barton G. Smith, Jr.; her sons, Bruce G. and Bryan G. Smith; her great grandchild Haylee Rosenberg; and her siblings, Jacob Sr., James, Arthur, Ervin, Floyd Derr, Eva Calandra, Margaret, Anna Derr, Joyce Dalton and Mary Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Barton G. Smith, Jr. (Patricia) of Nazareth and Sharon Smith of Lakeland, FL; her sisters, Esther Keiser of Nazareth and Blanche Remaly of Raubsville; and her grandchildren, Rita Lutzi Cramer, Barton G. Smith III and Stephen F. Smith. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
