He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Garr (Hagenbuch); and his parents, Monford Garr and Sadie Garr (Metz). He is survived by: his children, Richard (Cynthia) and Sandra Garr (Evan); his granddaughters, Jennifer Hodges (Jervis) and Deirdre Johns (J. J.); his great grandchildren, Maya, Claudia and Henry; and his sister-in-law Doris Pizzuto. He is also survived by two nieces; and one nephew.
Face coverings and social distancing will be required at the cemetery. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, the family will have a private viewing prior to the service.
Contributions in lieu of flowers in Richard's memory may be offered to St. John's UCC, 183 S. Broad St., Nazareth, PA 18064; or to a charity of one's choice.
