She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Cortez and Antoinette Ambrose Cortez; and her siblings, Mamie Pietro, Helen Swope, Mary Frey, Virginia Kulp, Margaret LaToure, Nellie Mengel, Dolores Cortez, Russell, Carmen, Frank and Martin Cortez Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Martin L. Kolb; and her children, Mark A. Kolb (Pam) and Donna J. Bucko (Michael).
