She was predeceased by: her father Joe Porter Carmichael; and her siblings, Kenneth, Robert, Elizabeth, Myrtle, Dorothy, Ruth and Kathleen.
She is survived by: her husband C. Temple; her children, David Frederick (Kathy) of Midland and Cathie Alderks of Rockville; her grandchildren, David O. of Provo, Sarah of Las Vegas and Peter (Jenne) of Seattle, Washington.; and her great grandchildren, Anika, Belle, Elizabeth, Heidi and Mary.
