He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Diehl Thomas; his parents, Lester A. Thomas and Ellen Siegfried Thomas; and his siblings, Kenny Thomas, Douglas Thomas, Gary Thomas, Sandra Schmidt and Shirley Suranofsky.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Giacalone (Paul) of Bethlehem, Ray (MaryAnn) of Nazareth, Kirk (Becky) of Nazareth and Daniel (Heather) of Pen Argyl; his grandchildren, Amanda Palys (Tim), Brandon Konawalik, Melissa Savy (Conrad), Scott Thomas (Della), Kate DiTrani (Bobby), Kevin McKelvy (Katie) and Lindsay Thomas (Tyler Thomas); and his siblings, Russell Thomas, Leona Russoli and Donna DeReinzi. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
