She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen P. Remel and Ella C. Remel (Yeisley); her siblings, Marguerite E. Scott and Carl T. Remel; and her nephew Dean Remel.
She is survived by: her nephews, Bryan Scott (Ellyn), Curtis Scott (Marie) and Cyril Remel (Jan); and her niece Melanie Klulowski (Mark). She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
