He was predeceased by: his parents, Corinne Kostenbader (Ramer) and Walter S. Kostenbader. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Kostenbader (Frisch); his siblings, Tom Kostenbader, Claire Roberts and Ann Hahn; his children, Susan Decker, John D. Kostenbader, Kyle J. Kostenbader and Daniel T. Kostenbader; and his stepson Bruce Kern. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
