He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Jamiolkowski and Helen Jamiolkowski (Andrejeski); and his brother Joseph T. Jamiolkowski. He is survived by: his significant other Beatrice Brown of Nazareth; his sister Susan Gold (Robert) of Wind Gap; his niece Dr. Maria Jamiolkowski of Ohio; his nephew Michael Jamiolkowski (Marylee) of New Jersey; his great-nieces, Ella Willmann and Anna Jamiolkowski; and his sister-in-law Gretchen Gum Jamiolkowski.
