He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bartolomeo and Jeanette LePage; and his sisters, Antoinette Slack and Janet Yendrick. He is survived by: his daughters, Stefanie Bartolomeo, Alison Boncha (Chris) and Renae Heath (Andrew); his grandchildren, Brayden, Emmy and Ava; and his siblings, Theresa Bartolomeo, Lucy Roy, Marie Volk, Nancy Bartolomeo and Anthony Bartolomeo.
