He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Samuel-Anderson (Gerard), Bridgette Samuel-Clarke (Ricardo) and Jenine Samuel-Payne (Shawn); his children-in-law, Shawn Payne, Ricardo Clarke and Michelle Goode; his nieces and nephews, Pamela Milligan, Paula Milligan, Michael Milligan and Reginald L. Mays; and his brother-in-law Phalander L. Owens. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
