(Sally) of Scottsdale, AZ.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hoff, Neil Siegfried, Ben Nicholson, Jessica Haynie, Sarah Thompson, Rachel Haynie and Jacob Haynie; and his great grandchildren, Allison Hoff, Jace Hoff, Tucker Thompson and Emmalin Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
