(Charles Applegarth) of Forks Twp, Mark (Kelli) of Lamar, AR and Matthew (Michele) of Nazareth; her grandchildren, Melissa, Kimberly, Nicole, Johnathan, Andrew, Gavin, Jacob and Ada; and her siblings, Ruthann (David Felker) of Mount Bethel, Sandra (Robert Morris) of Moorestown, Leonard, Jr. (Marcia Schiavone) of Pen Argyl, Peter (Denise Sipos) of Martins Creek and Mike (Tracy Sipos) of Easton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
