He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar B. Long, Sr. and Ida Long (Shover); and his siblings, Cora Green, Ruth Fisher, Oscar Long, Benjamin Long, Stanley Long and Bob Long.
He is survived by: his wife Edith; and his children, Julie Fischer (Carl), Douglas Long, Jr. (Leeann) and Tim Long.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fellowship Church (300 Cromwell St, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
