She was predeceased by: her brother William Weisenbach. She is survived by: her sons, Frederick W. Hoffman III (Patricia), Donald W. Hoffman (Pamela), James W. Hoffman (Valarie) and William F. Hoffman (Pamela). She is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 6 grandsons, 5 great granddaughter and 11 great grandsons.
