He is survived by: his children, Justin Roth, Jason Roth, Taylor Roth of Nazareth, PA and Brittney Fitzpatrick; his sisters, Pamela Berlew and Cindy Woodward; and his grandchildren, Averie, Caelum and Zyanah.
