He was predeceased by: his spouse Elba I. Vazquez; and his parents, Abad Vazquez and Isabel Diaz. He is survived by: his children, Andres Dewin Vazquez, Jose Vazquez, Carlos Vazquez, Awilda Vazquez, Margarita Vazquez, Ellys Vazquez, Jacqueline Velez, Wanda Ramos, Millie Santiago and Marilyn Burroughs; and his brother Nildo Vazquez. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
