He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Mills and Helen M. Mills (Behning); his children, Gregg Mills and Jeannie Bellay; and his brother Richard C. Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie A. M Mills (McGinnis); his daughter Peggy Ringer (Dale) of Natrona Heights, PA; his grandchildren, Kristen and Mathew Bellay; his brothers, Glenn R. Mills (Rose) of Natrona Heights, PA and Jerry L. Mills (Sharon) of Richmond, NH; and his siblings-in-law, Richard McGinnis (Audrey) and Myrna Venus.
