He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Weleski and Angela "Nellie" Weleski (Glogowski); his daughter Corrine Elaine Weleski; and his siblings, Edward, Joseph Weleski and Anastasia "Betty" Basnak.

He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terri" Weleski (Polczynski); his son Russell W. Weleski (Debra) of Natrona Heights; his grandson Russell T. Weleski; his sister Marian Valasek (Walter) of Brackenridge; and also John Lendvai.
