He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Kovac and Emilia Kovac (Knasko); his wife Blanche M. Kovac (Badzilowski); and his sister Ethel Huet. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Wright (Daniel) of Martinsburg and Larry Samay of Johnstown; his grandchildren, Kelley Lynn Kramer (Matthew), Daniel Wright (Stephanie), Isaac Samay, Renee Samay and Luke Samay; his great grandchildren, Ava, Joshua, Page, Owen and Emil Mulenga Samuel; and his siblings, John Kovac of Natrona Heights, Margaret Gaydac of Lower Burrell, Millie Filo of Natrona Heights and Wilma Gonzalez of Natrona Heights. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
