She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry W. Rodgers and Velma A. Means Rodgers; her husband Carl E. Watts; her grandson Matthew Watts; and her siblings, Maxine Bishop, Harry "Bones" Rodgers and William Means.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Watts Davis (Doug), Cheryl Watts Banigan and E. James Watts (Dianna); her grandchildren, Brian, Carrie, Ashley, Christie, Nicole, Taylor, Rachel, Jacob and Abby; her great grandchildren, Finnegan, Piper, Clara and Ronan; and her sister Sandy Chetsko. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
