She was predeceased by: her parents, John Holacik and Anna Kubica Holacik; her husband Tad Karolkoski; her siblings, Steve Holacik and Ann Kowalski; and her nephew John Holacik.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Munson (Bud) of Joseph, Jane Ann Chisko (Joe) of Natrona Heights and Richard Karolkoski (Tracy) of Natrona Heights; and her grandchildren, Chad Swiklinski, Tara Swiklinski, Kiley Karolkoski, Matthew Karolkoski and Jonathan Chisko.
