With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terrence A. Gaworski of Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 8, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Alfred "Fritz" Gaworski; and his siblings-in-law, Frank and Vera Sistek. He is survived by: his mother Eva "Evie" Gaworski (Carney) of Natrona Heights; his wife Lori Gaworski (Sistek) of Buffalo Twp; his children, Derik Gaworski (Lindsay), Dustin Gaworski (Ashley) and Douglas Gaworski (Brittany); his grandchildren, Brooks, Chase, Anabelle, Kennedy, Deckard, Madeline and Landon; and his siblings, Jamie Gaworski (Ellie), Sharyn Zack (Don) and Kristin Hepler (Dave) of Buffalo Twp.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Freeport area Hockey Association.
