She was predeceased by: her parents, Maximilian Kotecki and Catherine Dubzik Kotecki; her husband Frank A. Jurczak; and her siblings, Stanley, Chester, Leonard Kotecki, Victoria Ross and Josephine Kotecki.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Jurczak, Catherine Oshnock (Michael) of Natrona Heights and Mary Spece (John) of Lower Burrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
