She was predeceased by: her parents, James Collins and Doris Collins (Smith); and her siblings, James Collins and Patricia "Patti" Czako. She is survived by: her husband Carl C. Powhutsky; her daughter Alicia Bubash (Nicholas) of Sarver; her grandson Jaxon Bubash; and her siblings, Charles Collins, Mike Collins of Fox Chapel, Kathy Richard of Zelienople and Chris Aupperle of Fox Chapel.
