He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pacek and Anna Pacek Sr. (Gazo); and his brothers, Dr. John Pacek Jr. and Edward Pacek. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pacek (Donatell); his children, Karen Beisler of Millersville, MD, Zachary, Jackson, Christian, Benjamin, Mary Joyce Beisler and Scott Pacek of Westmoreland County; his grandchildren, Sarah and Hunter Pacek; his daughter Dr. Jennifer DiRocco of O'Hara Township; and his granddaughters, Emma and Lucy DiRocco.
