He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rose Motosicky Betts; his children, Terri France (Dave) of Natrona Heights, Kimberly Ann Betts of Natrona Heights, Cindy Hatajik (Bob) of Natrona Heights, Robert Carl Betts III (Daphne) of Natrona Heights, Patrick Betts (Diane) of Sarver and Michelle Tomson (Doug) of Natrona Heights; his grandchildren, James, Jason, Dana, Sara, Nicki, Billy, Cody, Josh, Jonas, Brittany, Robert IV, Shauna, Dougie and Joey; and his brother Danny Betts. He was also cherished by numerous great-grandchildren; and by 2 sisters and 1 half brother.
