He was predeceased by: his father Donald Mickelic. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Jenson Mickelic; his daughter Kelley Mickelic Emerick of Butler; his stepdaughters, Heidi Roup of Fox Chapel and Rachel Cosentino of Lower Burrell; and his sister Patty Atkinson of Penn. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
