He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. "Pinky" Mack Sr. and Janet L. Mack (Smith) of Natrona Heights; and his wife Mary Ellen Mack. He is survived by: his daughters, Erica L. Collins of Natrona Heights and Kylee L. Mack of Natrona Heights; his stepdaughter Jennifer Gula of Upper Burrell; his brother George Jr. Mack (Annie) of Natrona Heights; his grandchildren, Douglas Corbett, Zoey Collins and Kendall Gamble; and his nephews, Justin and Joshua Mack.
