He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmers Rowland and Ruth Rowland; and his brother Robert Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Kim Rowland Stefanik (John) and Becky Rowland; his stepsons, Ron Menhart and Michael Pozzuto of Butler; and his sister Sheila Postel (Dave) of Pgh. He is also survived by many Nieces and nephews.
