He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Urbanski (Argiro); and his children, Raymond F. Urbanski (Sue), Frank F. Urbanski (Cynthia "Sam"), Harvey F. Urbanski (Maureen), Tom F. Urbanski (Dee), Phyllis A. Woodward (Mark) and Julie A. Wise (David). He is also survived by grandchildren and ten (10) great-grandchildren.
