With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Pavlik of Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 22, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Pawlak and Wanda Pawlak (Ronkowski); and her husband Paul J. Pavlik, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Mark P. Pavlik of Rochester, NY, Paula Pavlik Calligan of Natrona Heights and Gregory J. Pavlik (Jennifer Smith) of Gibsonia, PA; her granddaughter Sarah Rice (Zack); her great grandchild Charlotte Grace Rice; and her siblings, Joan Pawlak of Natrona Heights, PA, Patricia Mascarello (Lou) of Washington Twp, Larry Pawlak of Natrona Heights and David Pawlak (Paula) of Natrona Heights. She is also survived by aunt and nieces and nephews.
