He was predeceased by: his grandfather Lewis Stapinsky; and his uncles, Lewis James Stapinsky and Jeff Bazin. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Stapinsky of Harrison; his stepfather Wade Kendrick of Harrison; his stepbrothers, Mick Kendrick (Lisa Marie) of Butler and Casey Kendrick of Butler; his grandmother Nelle Stapinsky of Brackenridge; his aunts, Karen Bazin of Manassas and Patricia Jefferies (Bill) of Hinton, W. V; and also, Mallory, Mazie and Maeryn.
