He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Adamski and Ann Adamski (Kort). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Adamski (Sinka); and his children, Leslie Baczynski (Micah) of Kittanning and Nicholas Adamski of Buffalo Township.
Burial will be private. Please be prepared to follow all CDC guidelines in regards to wearing of a face covering, social distancing and crowd size.
