He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Panach, Albert Panach, Mary Pastorek, Pauline Kasuba and Helen Dolny.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Panach (Augustine); and his children, David Panach (Connie) of Natrona Heights, Keith Panach of Natrona Heights, Janet Jones (Terry) of Duxbury, MA. and Kevin Panach of Natrona Heights. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and two great grandsons.
