She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph G. Ajack and Anne E. Ajack (Novak); her husband Thomas E. Borkowski; her daughter Lori Lynn Gildner; her grandson Matthew John Gildner; her sister JoAnn D. Bresuciak; and her niece Karen Bresuciak.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jo Borkowski Kirchner (Paul Basinger) of Tarentum; her grandchildren, Ryan Kirchner (Lauren), King of Prussia, Douglas Gildner, Natrona and Samantha Gildner; her son-in-law Scott Gildner; and her sister-in-law Cecilia White of Harrisburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to current regulations, masks and social distancing are required in the funeral home and church.
