He was predeceased by: his parent Lawrence Faulkner, II. He is survived by: his spouse Melissa "Missy" Faulkner (Gohn); his children, Michael S. Faulkner, Jr. and Kaitlynn Faulkner; his siblings, Cathy Olschefsky (Ken) and Larry Faulkner (Linda); and his parent Betty Lucille Faulkner (Baker). He is also survived by numerous aunts, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
