She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Fields and Mary Hardy Fields. She is survived by: her husband John A. Rusak; her children, John Rusak (Cindy) of Marienville, Michelle Joyce (Jesse) of Cheswick and Michael Rusak (Rhonda) of Winter Haven, Florida; and her sister Cecilia Gibson of Graceville. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
