She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mitchell and Isabel Mitchell (Lewis); her husband Blair A. Kucinski Sr.; her granddaughter Lee Ann Negley; and her son-in-law Edward Harbison.
She is survived by: her children, Blair A. Kucinski (Joan) of Greensburg and Judy Harbison of Natrona Heights; her grandchildren, Brian Kucinski and Janine Hribal; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Morgan Bruni, Olivia and Ashlyn Negley.
