She is survived by: her children, Marlene Lukasik of Natrona Heights and Harry E. Jack (Lisa) of Buffalo Township; her grandchildren, Colin E. Jack (Hope), Meghan B. Cogley (Chris), Jessica Kronen (William), John Lukasik (Ronell), Alyssa Hubbard (James), Derek Jack (Fiancé-Kristie) and Shane Jack; and her great grandchildren, Karsen, Kade, Kaydence, Kyrie Kronen, Garrett, Becky Cogley, Theo and Jasper Hubbard.
