She was predeceased by: her husband Robert N. Hazlett; her children, Richard Hazlett, Mary A. Shrum and Patricia Krason; and her sister Kathryn Luzik.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Hazlett of Cheswick, Sue Harbison of New Kensington, Lori Micholas (John) of Lorain, Mark Hazlett (Cyndi) of Natrona Heights, Steve Hazlett of Fawn Township, Terry Hazlett of Natrona Heights, Joel Hazlett (Joan) of Hilliards, Jill Hazlett of New Kensington, Paul Hazlett (Lisa) of Natrona Heights and Jo Stone of Aliquippa; and her son-in-law Benjamin Krason of Allegheny Township. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
