She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund J. Surma and Rachel Russell White; her son Martin Simon; and her siblings, Leonard E., William R. Surma and Dolores M. Kido.
She is survived by: her husband Martin J. Simon; and her children, Mark E. Simon (Patti) of Natrona Heights, Maureen A. Hubert (Dan) of Ohio Township, Maggie R. Puz (Todd) of Natrona Heights, Matthew J. Simon (Diana) of Lower Burrell, Mary R. Williams (Scott) of Sarver, Monica J. Walsh (Chad) of New Kensington and Marcia E. Simon (Dave Kozy) of Robinson Township. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren.
