It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luella M. Cousins (Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley L. Burton Jr. and Judith L. Snyder Burton; and her daughter Carol Negley. She is survived by: her husband Victor Cousins; her children, Robert Burford, Shawn Taylor, Billy Jo McKrell and Jessica Cousins; and her siblings, Nelson Burton, Wesley L. Burton III and Lisa Owen. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
