She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Withus and Louise Koch Withus; her sister Wilhelmina Withus Krommer; her brother-in-law Otto Krommer; her siblings, William Withus and Eleanor Ramsey; her brother-in-law John Ramsey; and her brother Fredrick Withus (Anne Withus).
She is survived by: her husband Richard Flannigan; her stepchildren, Kathy Chavez (Flannigan), Timothy Richard Flannigan and David Flannigan; her son Jonathon Simons (Annie); and her nieces and nephews, Carol, Terry, Charlotte Withus, Allen of White Plains, N. Y, Michael Withus of White Plains, N. Y and Besides. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
