Walters (Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania), born in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Jacobs and Gertrude "Trudy" Keller Jacobs; her spouse Claude D. "Chick" Walters; and her son Robert Mark Walters. She is survived by: her children, David A. Walters (Dee) of Gautier, MS and Janice Levine (Mark) of Scottsdale, AZ; her grandchildren, Dawna Louise Walters, Kim Rumery, Rebecca Watkins, Meagan Robinson, Jennifer, Jaclyn and Matthew Levine; and her brother Col. Richard "Rich" Jacobs (Lorelle) of Austin, TX. She is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
She was an integral contributor to the family's charity, Gifts for the Unborn, started by her brother in 1987.
