He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ziacik and Agnes Ziacik (Kubla); his son Louis Ziacik; and his brother John Ziacik. He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Ziacik (Pracko); his sons, David Ziacik (Billie) of Erie and Daniel Ziacik of Natrona Heights; his grandchildren, Katie Hunter of Louis Ziacik, III, Benjamin Ziacik, Hunter Ziacik, Tanner Ziacik and Jarrett Ziacik; and his brother Michael Ziacik. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
