He is survived by: his wife Laura Jane Provenzano (Hickman); his daughter Carol Kubla; his grandson Eric Kubla (Kari); his great grandchildren, Macy Kubla, Kelsey Ridenour (Zack), Sydney Clair (Stefan), Shelby Greece and Ross Greece; and his daughter Kimberly Mangus (Dan). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
