He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kolodziejczak and Martha Kolodziejczak (Sowinski). He is survived by: his sister Rosemary Rupert (Dennis) of Vandergrift; his nephews, Joel Rupert (Robyn) of Zions Crossroads, David Rupert (Laura) of Bristow and Zachary Rupert (Shannon) of Washington Township; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anthony, Andrew, Margaret Rose, Lucia and Penelope Rose. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
